Everyone who has at least once tried something from our menu knows that Batak is a well-cooked story. In order for guests to enjoy themselves carefree at all our locations, our staff takes care. Every day, in as many as 15 locations, we create a pleasant atmosphere and even better dishes, as recognized by our many guests, who usually come back quickly for a new portion of the best barbecue in Zagreb.
Batak thus received the flattering title of the largest local restaurant chain, and the secret of our success is clearly set standards, care and investment in employees, and a pleasant working atmosphere that we have been creating and nurturing for years.
This year, we extended our story to the rest of Croatia. The first Batak outside Zagreb opened in Pula, and soon we are opening restaurants in Rijeka and Zadar, so it's the right time to join us!
