Batak & Matsu: Two Worlds, One App!
We’re guessing you’re already using our Batak app – and this year, we’ve made it even better! It’s had a full redesign, plus a few new features and benefits just for our loyal users.
👉 First things first – make sure you’ve updated the app to the latest version.
Here’s what’s new:
New Restaurant Added – Matsu
In addition to your favorite Batak grill spots, you can now use the app at Matsu, our Asian fusion restaurant. Earn points and redeem them to get a discount on your next visit!
New Points System
Until the end of last year, you earned 10 points for every 100 HRK spent, and your points were displayed in kuna (10 points = 10 HRK).
Now, the points system is in euros:
📍 For every €15 spent, you earn 1.5 points = €1.50 value.
All existing points in your app have been automatically converted.
For example, if you previously had 100 points (worth 100 HRK), you now have 14 points, worth €14.
📊 Maximum points per bill: 30
Spending Your Points
Points are collected in one place, and you choose where to use them – at Batak or Matsu.
You can use points to cover up to 70% of your bill, meaning the remaining 30% must be paid in full.
Example: You have 100 points. Your bill is €100. You can redeem 70 points, leaving €30 to pay. You’ll keep your remaining 30 points and earn more with your new transaction.
Table Reservations Made Easy
You can now book a table directly through the app at any Batak or Matsu location. Just select your preferred time and location and reserve in a few taps.
Still Packed with Your Favorite Features
- Stay updated – Get the latest on new menu items, promotions, and special events.
- Find a location – Quickly locate your nearest Batak or Matsu restaurant, or use the quick-call shortcut to get in touch.
- Birthday Prosecco – As always, loyalty members get a complimentary bottle of prosecco for their birthday! 🎉
