A well done story

The first Batak lit its grill in 2011 at the Batak Rudeš location. In the capital, we are present in as many as 15 locations with a recognizable pleasant interior and fantastic service. In 2023, Batak started opening restaurants in cities on the Adriatic coast.

We are best known for our juicy and delicious grilled dishes such as the must-have kebabs, gourmet burgers, bagels with cream or stuffed hangers. In addition to the classics, on Batko’s menu you can find quality rib-eye steak, salmon fillet, burgers, and BBQ ribs and wings. The expert team of this restaurant chain always tries to follow trends and occasionally enrich the regular menu with interesting new dishes, so in the category of appetizers you can find creamy burrata, beef tartar and salmon tartar, and in addition to regular specialties in the category of main courses, there are always some seasonal ones such as buncek with greens or roast veal.

Good food always goes well with good drinks, and Batak boasts an excellent wine list and the most popular cocktails. The distinctive interior exudes an industrial style with comfortable elements, warm colors, brickwork and muted lights. Another benefit that sets Batak apart from the crowd of restaurants is definitely the service, which is always at a top level.
